摘要
旨在研究泻水扶正剂治疗心力衰竭的作用机理。采用泻水扶正剂对心力衰竭模型兔灌胃给药作为治疗组，与空白组、地戈辛组、模型组对照，进行了较为系统的实验研究，结果表明：①泻水扶正剂能改善心衰兔的一般情况；②升高实验兔血浆中环磷酸腺苷（ｃＡＭＰ）、环磷酸鸟苷（ｃＧＭＰ）的含量；③升高实验兔血浆中心钠素（ＡＮＰ）的含量。揭示泻水扶正剂治疗心力衰竭的机理在于：提高心钠素和环磷酸腺苷、环磷酸鸟苷的血浆浓度；地戈辛样强心利尿作用。
Mechanism of Xieshuifuzheng decoction on heart failure was studied in contrast with non-treatment and digoxin groups, Xieshuifuzheng decoction improved general condition, increased CAMP,CGMP and ANP in plasma of experimental rabbits. Increasing CAMP, CGMP and ANP in plasma was considered as the action mechanism of Xieshuifuzheng decoction in the treatment of heart failure.
