摘要
我国的建设监理职业形成于二十世纪八十年代。它的发展受到专业化、交易成本和合法性三种机制的交互作用。其中,专业化促进建设监理职业发展,交易成本阻碍建设监理职业发展,而合法性机制对清除交易成本的阻碍作用更加有效,而对专业化演进的发展促进作用就不够明显。
Construction supervision career is originated from 1980s. Its development is obviously influenced by three mechanisms： specialty, transaction cost and legitimacy. We find that specialty will promote construction supervision career and transaction cost will hinder construction supervision career. And we also see that legitimacy can efficiently clear away the hinder of transaction cost, but can＇t promote the evolution and development of specialty.
