既有建筑节能改造市场的信息不对称分析及对策研究 被引量:17

Research on Information Asymmetry and Countermeasures for Existing Building Energy-saving Reconstruction Market

摘要 基于信息不对称理论,探讨了建筑节能改造市场上的逆向选择问题以及逆向选择对培育建筑节能改造市场带来的负面影响。通过借鉴国外发达国家经验,结合我国既有经验及解决方法,指出信号传递及信息甄别是解决既有建筑节能改造市场的逆向选择问题的有效途径。 Based on information asymmetry theory, this paper analyses the issues of choosing against the direction of building energy efficiency reconstruct market, which resulted from the existence of unbalanced information, and the negative effects to the cultivation of building energy efficiency rebuild market. Inspired by experience from developed countries, with the existing experience and resolve measures, this paper puts forward the proposal that"information translates" and "information distinguishes" are effective ways in solving the issues above.
