膝关节内侧半月板后角止点撕脱骨折和半月板小骨二例报告
摘要
本文报告膝关节内侧半月板后角止点撕脱骨折和半月板小骨（meniscal ossicle）各l例。结合尸体解剖研究及文献综述，我们认为内侧半月板后角半月板小骨的成因可能为陈旧性内侧半月板后角止点撕脱骨折、半月板损伤后的异位骨化及籽骨。本文2例关节镜术中均未对半月板小骨进行处理，预后良好。
