摘要
用差热分析、动态力学分析和密度测量等方法,研究了二甘醇(二乙二醇醚,DEG)对聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)玻璃态松弛的影响。从引入DEG后可以增加分子链活动性和破坏链结构规整性的角度,讨论了DEG对PET的焓松弛及体积松弛的影响。分析了PET玻璃态松弛与玻璃化温度的关系。此外,还探讨了由外推法得到的纯PET密度值的可靠性问题。
By means of DSC, DMA and density measurement, the effects of diethyleneglycol (DEG) unit on the relaxation processes of the glassy polyethylene tereph-thalate (PET) below the glass transition temperature (T_g) were studied. Theinfluences of DEG on enthalpy and volume relaxation are discussed based onincreasing mobility and irregularity of chain due to the introduction of DEG in ochain, and also the influences of the glassy relaxation of PET on T_g are discussed.In addition, the reliability of the density for the pure PET by extrapolation thedensity to zero DEG content is discussed.
