摘要
探讨水蓄冷空调系统在纺织厂应用的节能效果。分析了蓄冷水池的工作原理和过程,以上海某细纱车间为例,介绍了全自动焓值控制系统工作过程。以某织布工厂为例,分析了水蓄冷空调系统的经济性,计算了蓄水池体积以及动态和静态投资回收期。认为:水蓄冷空调系统在洛瓦全自动焓值控制系统下,可以使冷站的能耗降到最低,最大程度地利用新风,并且可利用峰谷电价差减少运行费用,节能效果显著。
Energy-saving effect of applying chilled water thermal storage air conditioning system in textile mill was discussed. Working principle and process of chilled water thermal storage tank were analysed,taking Shanghai one ring spinning workshop as example,working process of full automatic enthalpy control system were introduced. Taking one weaving mill as example, economical efficiency of chilled water thermal storage air conditioning system were analysed, volume of storage tank,static and dynamic investment payback period were calculated. It is considered that chilled water thermal storage air conditioning system energy consumption of chiller room could be minimized by Luwa full automatic enthalpy control system, fresh air could be made full used, cost could be reduced using peak-valley electrical power price difference, energy-saving effect is remarkable.
