摘要
探讨聚乳酸纤维棉纤维混纺纱的生产工艺。根据聚乳酸纤维的性能特点,同时为了减少聚乳酸纤维的损伤以及保证准确的混纺比,采用条混工艺;开清棉采用"短流程、低速度、多松少打、轻梳少落"工艺;梳棉采用轻定量、低速度,减少棉结和短绒;并条合理配置工艺;粗纱采用小张力、大隔距、低速度;细纱采用低速度、大隔距、小牵伸、重加压;络筒采用较低速度、合理设定清纱器参数等,可使聚乳酸/棉65/3513tex纱质量达到较好的水平。
Production processing of polylactic acid fibre cotton blended yarn was discussed. According to polylactic acid fibre property,sliver blending was adopted to ensure less enjury to polylactic acid fibre and correct blending ratio, processing of shorter production line,lower speed,more loosing less beating,lighter combing less noil was adopted in opening and picking process. Processing of lighter weight per unit lower speed was used in carding process, neps and short fibre should be reduced. Rational processing was set in drawing process. Less tension larger gauge lower speed was applied in roving process, processing of lower speed larger gauge, less draft more pressure was used in spinning process, lower speed and rational cleaner parameter were adopted in winding process,finally polylactic acid fibre cotton 65/35 13 tex blended yarn quality could be better.
