浆纱机经轴退绕张力控制器的研制

摘要 为有效控制经轴退绕张力,研制开发了经轴退绕张力控制器。采用可编程控制器和触摸屏为控制中心,通过张力传感器检测片纱的实时张力,转速编码器检测引纱辊的线速度,对经轴退绕速度实施监控。该系统尤其适用于生产异经品种,可对异经品种大小不同的经轴转速实施有效控制。采用经轴退绕张力控制器,可以降低设备损耗,提高浆轴质量,使织机的运转效率达到93%以上。 To control warp unwinding tension effectively,warp beam unwinding tension controller was developed. PLC and touching screen were used as control center,through detecting yarn practical tension by tension sensor and detecting delivery roller linear speed by speed encoder,warp beam unwinding speed were monitored. The system is suitable to product warp-varied product, different warp beam speed could be controlled effectively to warp-varied products. After adopting warp beam unwinding controller, equipment consumption could be reduced, sizing beam quality could be increased ,loom efficiency could reach above 93%.
