摘要
通过生命表技术观察了大型溞(Daphnia magna)在实验室恒定温度(25℃)下分别以梅尼小环藻、铜绿微囊藻905、铜绿微囊藻469和斜生栅藻为饵料时的存活率和生殖量变化,并据此探讨了不同藻类对大型溞生活史特征的影响?峁砻?大型溞食用梅尼小环藻和铜绿微囊藻469后生长良好,大型溞在斜生栅藻中也能较好生长,而铜绿微囊藻905对大型溞的生长和繁殖均有不良影响;大型溞对不同藻类的净生殖率(R0)、世代历期(T)和内禀增长率(rm)及存活率有不同的影响,梅尼小环藻分别为44.35、11.86、0.32、5%;铜绿微囊藻469分别为48.20、14.25、0.27、30%;斜生栅藻分别为8.10、12.47、0.17、15%;铜绿微囊藻905分别为0、0、0、0。
By using life table analysis technology, the survival and reproduction of Daphnia magna fed with CycloteUa meneghinana, Microcystis aerugionosa 905, M. aerugionosa 469, and Scenedesmus obliquus were observed in laboratory under constant temperature condition (25 ℃) , aimed to investigate the effects of different algae on the life history of D. magna. Among the test algae, C. meneghinana and M. aerugionosa 469 improved the growth of D. magna, S. obliquus had the similar effect as C. meneghinana and M. aerugionosa 469, while M. aeruginosa 905 gave negative impact on the growth and survival of D. rnagna. The net reproductive rate (R0 ), generation time (T) , intrinsic rate of increase ( rm ) , and survival rate of D. magna were 44. 35, 11.86, 0. 32, and 5% when fed with C. meneghinana, 48.20, 14.25, 0. 27, and 30% when fed with M. aerugionosa 469, 8. 10, 12.47, 0. 17, and 15% when fed with S. obliquus, and 0, 0, 0, 0 when fed with M. aerugionosa 905.
