复方麒麟膏对腹部肿瘤患者癌性疼痛缓解作用的临床研究

Clinical Study of Kirin Compound Plaster on Alleviation of Cancerous Pain in Abdominal Neoplasms

目的观察复方麒麟膏对腹部肿瘤患者癌性疼痛的缓解作用。方法比较复方麒麟膏、复方蟾酥膏、空白敷贴外敷之三种治法对癌性疼痛的缓解率等多项指标变化情况。结果复方麒麟膏、复方蟾酥膏、空白敷贴外敷对癌性疼痛的缓解率有显著差异。结论复方麒麟膏外敷对癌性疼痛缓解作用明显优于其它两法,且无毒副作用,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the analgesic effect of kirin compound plaster in patients of the abdominal cancer. Methods： Patients were randomized to kirin compound plaster, Chansu Compound Plaster and blank plaster. The outcomes were remission rate of cancerous pain and other indexes. Results： It was significant in the differences of remission rates between kirin compound plaster, Chaasu Compound Plaster and blank plaster. Conclusion： The kirin compound plaster has better therapeutic effect in alleviating cancerous pain. It has no toxic side effects as well. Therefore, it deserves further clinical applications.
