参附注射液对充血性心力衰竭患者心功能及血浆NT-proBNP的影响

Impact of Shenfu Injection on Cardiac Function and Plasma NT-proBNP Level in Patients with Congestive Heart Failure

目的观察参附注射液治疗充血性心力衰竭(CHF)临床疗效及对血浆氨基末端脑钠素前体(NT-proBNP)水平的影响。方法将CHF患者80例随机分为治疗组与对照组,均给予常规治疗,治疗组加用参附注射液静滴;治疗前后进行左室射血分数(LVEF)、6min步行距离及血浆NT-proBNP测定。结果治疗组的总有效率高于对照组;两组治疗后6min步行距离均增加,血浆NT-proBNP水平均下降,LVEF均升高,而治疗组改善程度优于对照组。结论参附注射液能改善CHF患者的心功能;NT-proBNP是评价CHF治疗效果的良好指标。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenfu Injection on congestive heart failure （CHF） and its impact on the level of plasma N -terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor （NT- proBNP）. Methods： 80 cases of CHF patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given conventional treatment, including diuretics. In addition to the conventional treatment as same as the control group, the treatment group was given Shenfu Injection. The primary outcomes of left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF）, walking distance in 6 minutes and plasma NT - proBNP level were measured before and after treatment. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was prior to that of the control group. After treatment, walking distances in 6 minutes and LVEF were increased for both two groups, and levels of plasma NT - proBNP were decreased in these groups. The degree of improvement in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group. Conclusion： Shenfu Injection can improve heart function in patients with CHF. The NT - proBNP is a good indicator for the evaluation of the treatment effect in CHF.
