本文介绍交通部公路数据库开发和设计过程中一期工程研制的情况,对一期工程中设计方法的选择,参照系统的引入、设计约束、设计原则,技术要求及数据库概念模型的建立作了详细的描述,还介绍了交通部公路数据库建设工程的进展情况。

This paper describes the course of the first stage development and design highway data base of the ministry of communicatians.It also gives a detailed description of the selection design method,reference system,the restraint and principle of the design,the technological requirement and the foundig of the conceptional model of the data base.The paper also introduces the progress of the construction of the highway data base of the Ministry of Communications.
