摘要
采用生长速率法和悬滴法,测试了厚朴乙酸乙酯提取液对人参锈腐病菌(Cylindrocarpon destrustans)、人参黑斑病菌(Alternaria panax)、五味子根腐病菌(Fusarium oxysporum)、穿山龙黑斑病菌(Alternaria dioscoreae)和紫草白霉病菌(Ramularia lithospermi)5种药用植物病害致病菌的离体抑菌活性。结果表明:厚朴提取液对以上病原菌都有一定的抑制作用,对于同一种病原菌来说,厚朴提取液对其孢子萌发的抑制效果好于对其菌丝生长的抑制效果。在相同的供试浓度下,厚朴提取液对紫草白霉病菌的菌丝生长抑制效果最好,试验中还发现,当浓度大于0.5mg/mL时,对人参黑斑病菌的孢子萌发抑制效果最好。
The ethyl acetate extracts from Magnolia officinalis were test for their inhibition activity by using plate growth rate method and hanging drop method to Cylindrocarpon destrustans ,Alternaria panax, Fusariurn oxysporum, Alternaria dioscoreae and Ramularia lithospermi. The results showed that the ethyl acetate extracts of Magnolia officinalis had significant anti- bacterial activity for tested pathogens. For the same plant pathogenic fungi, the ethyl acetate extracts of Magnolia officinalis had better inhibitory of spore germination than the inhibitory effect of mycelium growth. For the same concentration,the best result was the extract of Magnolia officinalis to inhibit the growth of Rarnularia lithospermvi mycelium. We also found that the ethyl acetate extracts density more than 0. 5 mg/mL had the best antibacterial activity of spore germination of Alternaria panax.
