摘要
为了探讨小麦赤霉病菌的产毒条件,采用胚根抑制法,对不同培养条件(不同的固体培养基、培养时间、通气量、温度)下的产毒量进行了测定。结果表明:以小麦为培养基,其营养成分最适合小麦赤霉病菌毒素的产生,培养30 d左右为产毒高峰,通气量以250 mL的三角瓶装25 g小麦最好,其最适培养温度为25℃。
The toxin producing conditions of Fusarium graminearum were studied with different solid media, culture durations, ventilation and temperature. The amount of toxin was determined with the method of radicle restriction in different cultural conditions. The results showed that the toxin in wheat was relative higher, the peak of toxin producing was about 30 d, the best ventilation was 25g wheat per 250mL flask and the best temperature was 25℃.
