Introduction to Scientific Development of the Supervision of Legal Proceedings of Beijing

首都检察机关积累了一些诉讼监督工作经验,但仍有制度和实践等层面的问题亟需解决。北京市人大常委会通过决议,统一相关各方思想认识,强化检察机关的监督责任,推动诉讼监督工作。首都检察机关依靠党委、人大支持推进落实工作,努力搭建工作平台,大力加强诉讼监督的专业建设,确保诉讼监督工作健康发展。

Though many experiences have been gained in the supervision of legal procedures, several problems on system and practice still face the proeuratorates of Beijing. The Standing Committee of Beijing Municipal People＇s Congress approved a resolution in order to unify the understandings of relevant parties, enhance the supervision responsibility of the procuratorial organs, and promote the supervision of legal proceedings. Therefore, the capital procuratorial organs will advance and carry out the supervision work with the support of the party committee and people＇s congress by constructing working platform, improving professional level of supervision, and ensuring steady development of the supervision of legal proceedings.
