A Study on Procuratorial Supervision of Legal Proceedings

解决诉讼监督工作开展中存在的问题,应当从国家司法权力的配置角度,理解并处理好监督与配合、监督与制约、监督与办案三个关系。当前,加强诉讼监督工作,检察机关自身必须在全面加强监督的基础上突出工作重点,努力拓展诉讼监督工作渠道,依法运用多种监督方式,并按照检察权运作一体化的原理,建立诉讼监督工作整体联动机制。

Problems existing in the procuratorial work of the supervision of legal proceedings should be resolved by well comprehending and disposing relationships between supervision and collaboration, supervision and restriction, and supervision and case handling. At present, in order to enhance the supervision of legal proceedings, the procuratorial organ should emphasize working pivot on the base of entirely strengthening the supervision, develop channels of supervision of legal proceedings, exercise various supervision measures in accordance with legal provisions, and establish linkage mechanism of supervision work according to the principle of procuratorial integration.
