加强人民检察院对诉讼活动法律监督之新探索

New Exploration on the enhancement of People's Procuratorate's Supervision of Legal Proceedings

北京市人大常委会在把握现行国家法律制度、人大常委会的监督司法工作与党对政法工作的领导的关系、人大常委会与人民检察院的关系、检察院与其他被监督机关的关系的基础上,通过一系列规范的流程,于2008年9月25日出台了《北京市人大常委会关于加强人民检察院对诉讼活动的法律监督工作的决议》。《决议》的贯彻落实从整体上推动了检察院的诉讼监督工作。要做好新形势下的监督司法工作,应当找准人大常委会监督司法工作的职能定位、人大常委会监督司法工作的着力点和人大常委会监督司法工作的关键环节。

The ＂Resolution of the Standing Committee of Beijing Municipal People＇s Congress on Intensifying People＇s Procuratorate＇s Legal Supervision of Legal Proceedings＂ adopted on September 25th 2008, which is drafted for the purpose of fulfilling the people＇s congress＇s responsibility of supervising the judicial work based on current legal system, the relationship between the supervision of people＇s congress and the leadership of the party, the relationship between the standing committee of people＇s congress and the people＇s procuratorate, and the relationship between the procuratorate and the supervisees and entered into discussion among the Beijing Municipal Committee of CPC and the Standing Committee of Beijing Municipal People＇s Congress after relevant parties have been consulted. The implementation of the resolution promoted the procuratorial work of the supervision of legal proceedings, and the standing committee of people＇s congress should correctly find out the function orientation, breakthrough point and keystones of the supervision of judicial work.
