摘要
研究目的:针对在18‰的长大坡道上架梁作业进行分析,重点对JQ160型架桥机组爬坡能力、拖拉能力、制动能力和机臂保持水平状态等进行校核论证,提出了架桥机技术改造方案,以满足当今铁路建设快速发展需要。研究结论:通过对18‰长大坡道上对JQ160型架桥机组架梁作业时的爬坡能力、拖拉能力、制动能力和机臂保持水平状态、起吊钢丝绳长度等计算分析,提出了机组的技术改造方案,使其完全满足18‰的长大坡道上架梁作业的技术要求,扩大了该机组的适用范围,确保了机组在18‰的长大坡道上架梁作业安全,并在宜万铁路W1标段得到顺利实施。
Research purposes: This paper analyzes the characteristics of girder erection at 18‰ long JQ160 bridge girder erecting machine, mainly verifies the climbing capacity, hauling capacity, braking gradient with capacity and remaining the level of machine arms of JQ160 bridge girder erecting machine, and puts forward the plan for upgrading JQ160 bridge girder erecting machine for the purpose of meeting the rapid development demands of railway construction. Research conclusions: Based on the analyses and calculation of the climbing capacity, hauling capacity, braking capacity and remaining the level of machine arms of JQ160 bridge girder erecting machine, the plan for upgrading JQ160 bridge girder erecting machine was put forward and applied in Bidding W1 of Yichang - Wanzhou Railway. upgrading plan can expand the applicable scope of JQ160 bridge girder erecting machine can be expanded to 18‰ gradient with meeting the technical and safety requirements of girder erection at 18‰ long gradient.
