窄谱UVB联合更昔洛韦、复方甘草酸苷治疗中老年带状疱疹疗效分析

Efficacy of a combination of NB - UVB, ganciclovir and glycyrrhizin in the treatment of middle - aged and senile herpes zoster

目的:评价窄谱UVB(NB-UVB)联合更昔洛韦、复方甘草酸苷治疗中老年带状疱疹的疗效。方法:80例中老年带状疱疹患者随机分为治疗组45例(NB-UVB+更昔洛韦+复方甘草酸苷)和对照组35例(更昔洛韦+复方甘草酸苷),记录两组患者疼痛缓解、皮损结痂、疼痛消失及痂皮脱落的时间和后遗神经痛(PHN)的发生率。结果:治疗组患者疼痛缓解、皮损结痂、疼痛消失及痂皮脱落的时间均较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05),但两组在PHN发生率上无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:NB-UVB联合更昔洛韦、复方甘草酸苷治疗中老年带状疱疹能明显缩短病程。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy Of NB - UVB combining ganciclovir and glycyrrhizin in the treatment of middle - aged and senile herpes zoster. Method： Eighty patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into the treatment group （NB- UVB and ganciclovir, glycyrrhizin） and the control group （ganciclovir and glycyrrhizin）. The time of scabbing, relief of pain and crust shedding was recorded. The occurrence of PHN in each group was assessed. Results： The time of scabbing, relief of pain, and crust shedding in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group, with a significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. The occurrence of PHN in the two groups did not reach significant difference （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion： NB- UVB combining ganciclovir and glycyrrhizin can shorten the time of healing of the lesions of herpes zoster.
