澳门在职青年对于终身学习的认知及行为研究 被引量:2

摘要 终身学习是目前世界各国流行的一种思潮,各国都纷纷以终身学习理念作为教育改革和社会素质提升的主要途径。随着知识经济社会的不断发展,信息快速的膨胀,现代社会中的群体日益需要不断充电以完善自身的知识结构和提升自身的技能水准。此外,终身学习还能够使学习者获得全方位的提升。本文以终身学习的理念为基础,采用问卷调查的方式来了解澳门在职青年对于终身学习的认知度,认知行为、参与终身学习的状态、参与终身学习的动机以及其对澳门实施终身学习的环境和条件认知等。通过该调查研究,本文发现澳门青年对于终身学习的认知度相对较为理想,这主要与澳门政府长期大力推进和发展终身学习有较大关系。此外,澳门青年在参与终身学习的动机方面,具有较强的功利性特点,大多数均以职业发展中的晋升为目的,作为一种生活方式的学习习惯和模式,还有待进一步养成。在终身学习的行为方面,有少部分的青年虽然想学习但是无法掌握学习的方法,同时,学习的资源及环境也相对较为不足。针对上述特点,本文提出了澳门应该在进一步发展和推动终身学习方面相应的对策与措施。 Life-long learning is one of the popular trends in the world. Many countries take the life-long learning philosophy as one of the important tool to promote the reform the education system and enhance the quality of the people in the society. Especially in the knowledge society as today, life-long learning is relatively important to keep up with the booming information and knowledge, cultivating people themselves as well. During the research, a questionnaire was designed and distributed to the youth in Macao, so as to find out some clues about the awareness of the life-long learning, the channel of the philosophy transit, the life-long learning behavior status, the motivation of the learning and the evaluation about the life- long learning resources and environment. Through the survey, we find that the level of the awareness about life-long learning philosophy is relatively high than the other cities, the motivation of the learning behavior is majorly the promotion in their careers, some of the youth still don't know the right way to carry out the life-long learning, and the resources and the environment for the life-long learning in Macao are not fully enough. On the basis of the information, the paper put up with some practical suggestions.
