摘要
教师作为整个教学实践或教学情境的参与及引导者,必然需要在教师素养日益趋向专业化的背景下去了解、掌握并进而运用一种"教育机智"。教育机智的生成要求教师将早已预设和现存的观念、看法、成见与结论统统加以搁置、悬置或加以封存与抛弃,以第一身份来直面真实的生活情境和感受鲜活的生活体验,从而形成一种"对教育的具体情况的敏感性和果断性"。
It is necessarily required that quality teachers increasingly tend to master the use of "education tact", which the teachers as a guide and participant in the teaching practice or teaching situations. The Generation of the Teachers' Education tact requires that the teachers took the default and the existing concepts, views, prejudices and all the conclusions to be shelved, to be sealed with suspension or abandonment, and bring the identity of the first to facing real life situations and feeling live life experience, thus forming a kind of "education sensitivity and decisiveness in the specific circumstances".
