摘要
转化式领导是上世纪90年代进入到教育领域的一种领导理论,自研究以来备受美国教育管理研究界和实践界的青睐。剖析转化式领导的概念、构成以及在教育组织背景中的研究可以引发对我国教育的深度反思,并且对于加强和完善我国教育领导建设富有启示价值。
Transformational leadership is a new perspective in education for educational leadership study in the last decade of the 20th century and has been given much attention by educational researchers in western countries. Analyzing its concept, components and research in education can force us to think over about our education, and will give much enlightenment for study of education leadershio.
