摘要
介绍了采取转炉冶炼→LF精炼→小方坯连铸→高线流程生产ML20MnTiB高强度冷镦钢盘条的工艺过程控制情况。对含硼冷镦钢的调质工艺及机理进行了研究探讨,找出了所得到的不同微观组织与其力学性能之间的关系;通过控制回火组织就可达到生产10.9级和12.9级高强度标准件的要求。
The process control in producing the ML20MnTiB high strength cold- heading wire rod by the process route of BOF→LF→billet continuous caster→high speed wire rod mill is introduced and the modification process and mechanism of the boron bearing cold heading steel probed into and the relationship between the various microstructures already achieved and its correspondent mechanical properties found out. By properly controlling the tempered structure the requirements for production of 10. 9 grade and 12.9 grade high strenghth standard elements can be realized.
