钢中硫含量与钢板探伤合格率关系的调研

Research of the relationship between the sulfur content in steel and the flaw detection eligibility rate

摘要 通过对2006-2007年期间重庆钢铁股份有限公司炼钢厂生产的低合金钢16MnR(AR)钢中硫含量与钢板探伤合格率关系的调研分析,发现钢中H含量的高低、板坯偏析的严重程度等是影响钢板探伤合格率指标的重要因素,而钢中H含量的高低又与钢中硫含量有较强的相关性。从而得出随着钢中硫含量的提高,钢板探伤合格率呈上升趋势的基本结论。 Through comprehensive analysis on the sulfur content in steel and the flaw detection eligibility rate of the low alloy steel 16MnR(AR) plate produced in the Steelmaking Plant of Chongqing Iron and Steel Corp. from 2006 to 2007 it's shown that the H content in steel and the extent of segregation in the slab are two important factors affecting the flaw detection eligibility rate and moreover the H content in steel is strongly dependent upon the S content in steel. Thus it's concluded that the flaw detection eligibility rate tends to rise with the increase of S content in steel.
