摘要
利用岩相显微镜分析了转炉钢渣中游离氧化钙(f.CaO)的分布规律,并设计钢渣消解装置对5~10mm的钢渣进行了转炉钢渣稳定化试验,采用热重法对试验完的物料进行分析。结果表明,钢渣中的f.CaO被硅酸三钙和硅酸二钙所包围,晶粒尺寸在40μm左右。在湿热环境中,向钢渣中通入水蒸气和二氧化碳,有利于f.CaO反应生成氢氧化钙和碳酸钙。
The distribution of free calcium oxide (f. CaO) in the converter slag was examined by petrographic microscopy analysis and its stabilization was investigated in 5- 10 mm steel slag through a designed digestion device. Results show that f. CaO was surrounded by tricalcium silicate and dicalcium silicate with a grain size of 40 μm. In the hot wet environment injection of vapour and carbon dioxide to the slag is propitious to transformation of f. CaO into calcium hydroxide and calcium carbonate.
