Citizen journalism is a product of the network technology.It is a panoramic view of social reality.As an experiment,the citizen journalism,with the nature and characteristics of grass-roots,gives a say to all people.It broke the previous single news sources and professionalism,and opened the popular participation in social life,social harmony and building a channel,thereby promoting the Internet,media and the effective interaction among the cyber citizens,the Medias,and the Government.
