摘要 针对我国农村一家一户分散式农业灌溉的特点,开发研制了以村为单位进行管理的IC卡机井灌溉计量收费管理与控制系统,在系统中引入定额内外两种水价的预付费管理手段,实现了一户一卡,一卡多井,并且通过延时停泵解决了频繁启停泵问题。这套系统的应用,可大幅度提高农业用水管理水平。 According to the decentralization characteristic of rural agriculture irrigation in China, a management and control system with intelligent card for charge and measuring of well irrigation, in which the a village is a unit, is developed in this paper. In the system, prepayment management method with two kinds of water price ,in or exceeding quota, is adopted to realize one IC card using for one home, one IC card using for multi-well, and the problem of frequent closure or startup of pump is avoided through delayed closure of pump. The application of this system can greatly improve management level of agricultural water using.
