摘要
研究了环氧基底涂用于混凝土表面时,喷涂聚脲后的粘结强度和封闭性能,分别考察了薄浆型、厚浆型和薄刮腻子型环氧底涂以及它们之间的复合使用情况,发现与聚氨酯类封闭底涂相比,环氧基底涂可以使界面的附着力更高,薄浆型与厚浆型复合使用效果更佳,且喷涂前,在处理好的已实干的底涂层上涂覆偶联剂溶液能够有效提高界面的粘结强度。
With epoxy sealers used on concrete surface,the bonding strength and sealing property to them after polyurea spraying were studied.Compared with polyurethane sealers,the epoxy ones could improve bonding strength.The optimizing effect could be achieved when combined grout epoxy sealers with high build one.The bonding strength could be promoted effectively by coupling agent solution.
