摘要 自动发电控制(AGC)容量需求分析是预测AGC未来时刻所需容量的重点,也是辅助服务市场中AGC责任分配的基础,并能够为控制和减小AGC容量需求,更好地完成AGC控制任务提供依据。在相关研究成果的基础上,提出以历史负荷为依据,考察历史AGC真实需求的AGC容量需求模型,其中完整地考虑了AGC跟踪死区、AGC机组之间配合问题、备用的跟踪遗漏以及风力发电等新能源发电的自然发电波动等因素。研究表明上述几个因素所占份额较大,不容忽略。根据东北电网AGC相关历史数据,计算历史某天东北电网的真实AGC购买需求,结果表明了该模型的合理性和有效性。 Research of AGC(Automatic Generation Control) demand is the basis of AGC capacity forecast, AGC responsibility distribution and AGC capacity reduction. The historical AGC capacity demands are investigated according to historical loads and an AGC capacity demand model is proposed,which takes into account the dead area of AGC following,the cooperation of AGC units,the difference of reserve follow-up and the fluctuation of natural power generation, such as wind farm and other new energy plants. The research results show that the mentioned factors should not be ignored. The AGC capacity demand of a historical day is calculated according to the historical data,which verifies the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed model.
