摘要
为了对电网参数的实时监测和对无功功率的分相补偿,设计了采用双P89V51RD2单片机控制的新型智能控制器,控制器采用ATT7022B测量电网参数,解决了系统测量精度问题。1号单片机主要完成电网参数的读取,计算处理后得出并联电容器的投/切的方法;2号单片机实现系统的管理功能,完成系统参数的设定、显示、存储或通信等。研制的控制器采用分相动态无功补偿技术,保证在三相负载不平衡情况下使线路的三相无功平衡。控制器包括:信号采集转换、数据处理、电容器的投/切、键盘、显示及GSM通信等。控制器的软件采用C语言编程,给出了2个单片机主程序流程图。
An intelligent controller based on dual P89V51RD2 is designed for real- time power network parameter monitoring and separate phase var compensation. ATT7022B is used for the parameter measurement to improve measurement precision. One MCU reads and processes the power network parameters and provides the capacitor switching scheme. Another MCU deals with the communication and system management,such as parameter setting,displaying and storage. The dynamic separate phase var compensation technique is adopted to ensure the three-phase reactive power balance under imbalance load. The controller consists of different function modules,such as signal collection and conversion,data processing,capacitor switching,keyboard and LED displaying, GSM (Global System for Mobile communication), programmed with C language. The main flowcharts of MCUs are provided.
