地调定值单系统在OMS中的应用

介绍了地调定值单系统在OMS中的应用。OMS数据库基于Oracle,开发平台采用NET Framework,用户界面采用ASP.NET等技术。阐述了地调定值单管理系统建立、管理、执行定值数据的主要功能和由人机界面、业务实体、逻辑处理、数据库组成的总体结构及在OMS中的实现方法。给出了继电保护定值核查流程图,定值单通过编制、执行、核对、归档等环节的流转,完成继电保护定值的各业务流程。该定值单系统已开发完成并嵌入OMS系统,并已在全省地区调度投入使用。

The application of regional dispatch setting management system in OMS（Operation Management System） is introduced. Its database is based on Oracle. NET Framework is adopted as its development platform and ASP.NET as its user interface. The main functions of regional dispatch setting management system such as the establishment,management and execution of setting data,and its overall structure composed of the user interface,data frame,logic processing and database are introduced,and its implementation in OMS is also described. The flowchart of relay protection setting data check is presented,including the edit, execution,check,verification and archiving of setting list. The developed system is embedded into OMS system and used for the regional dispatch of the whole province.
