摘要
It is estimated that there were over 12 million new cases of cancer worldwide in 2007. Of these, lung cancer remains the number one cause of cancer death in the U.S. and many other countries. Current therapy for lung cancer involves multimodality therapies. Unfortunately, many patients are or become refractory to therapy and develop drug resistance.
