摘要
以苄氧基封端的甲基丙烯酸-2-(二甲氨基)乙酯和甲基丙烯酸甲酯的两亲性嵌段共聚物BzO-PDMAEMA_(10)-b-PMMA_(10)和BzO-PDMAEMA_(30)为乳化剂,进行苯乙烯的乳液聚合。考察了乳化剂类型、用置及溶液pH等对乳液聚合的影响。结果表明,单体和引发剂用量对聚合速率及转化率的影响较小。使用两亲性乳化剂且增加其用量,介质pH为中性或弱酸性,都能促进聚合速率及转化率,乳液粒子大小和分布比较均匀。
Under acidic or neutral conditions, polystyrene latexes was prepared by conventional emulsion using a novel amphiphilic polymeric emulsifier named poly [ 2 - ( dimethyl - amino) - ethylmethacrylate ] 10 - b -poly( methyl ethacrylate)10. The influences of the kind of polymeric emulsifier, the amount of the emulsifier and pH in aqueous media on polymerization were determined. The results indicated that by increasing content of monomer and initiator, polymerization conversion enhanced lightly. By increasing concentration of emulsifier and pH in aqueous media, polymerization speed and conversion enhanced obviously, particle size distribution was more symmetric.
