变性木薯淀粉凝胶的制备与结构表征 被引量:3

摘要 以环氧氯丙烷为交联剂,制备了交联木薯淀粉水凝胶,考察了反应条件对凝胶吸水性能的影响。结果表明,在交联剂用量4 mL、体系pH 10、反应温度75℃、反应时间2.5 h条件下,该水凝胶吸水倍率接近3倍。 The crosslinking cassava starch hydrogel was prepared with epichlorohydrin as crosslinking agent. The factors influencing the swelling ratio of the hydrogel were discussed. The results indicated that when the dosage of the crosslinking agent was 4 mL, the pH of the system was 10, the reaction temperature was 75 ℃ and the reaction time was 2.5 hours,the swelling ratio of the denatured cassava starch hydrogel could reach 3.
