以乙腈－ｐＨ６．３磷酸盐缓冲液（６５３５）为流动相，尼群地平为内标，采用高效液相色谱法测定罗红霉素的含量。方法简便、快速、灵敏。

A HPLC was established to determine roxithromycin. The chromatographic conditions were as follows: nitrendipine as internal standard, Shimpack CLCODS column (6.0×150 mm);phosphate buffer (65∶35) as mobile phase, UV detector at 215 nm.The method is simple and sensitive.
