摘要
目的探讨肿瘤干细胞标志物CD133在肝细胞性肝癌(HCC)组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测25例手术切除的HCC原发组织、癌旁组织中CD133 mRNA的表达,分析CD133的表达与临床参数的关系。结果HCC原发组织和癌旁组织中CD133 mRNA表达的阳性率分别为72.0%和4.0%(P<0.01);原发组织CD133 mRNA的表达与肿瘤大小、甲胎蛋白(AFP)阳性表达有关(P<0.01),与性别、年龄及组织分化程度均无关。结论CD133的表达与HCC的大小及AFP阳性表达有关,可能在HCC的诊断及判断复发中有一定价值。
Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of cancer stem cell marker CD133 in hepatocellular cancer(HCC) tissues. Methods The expressiones of CD133 mRNAs extracted from human HCC tissues and paracarcinoma tissues(PT) of 25 patients were detected by RT-PCR. The relationship between CD133 and clinicopathologieal index was analyzed. Results The positive rate of the CD133 mRNA expression in HCC tissues was 72.0%, which was significantly higher than 4. 0% in PT (P〈0. 01). The expression of CD133 mRNA was correlated with tumor size and the expression of AFP (P〈0. 05), but not with sex, age and tumor differentiation (P^0. 05). Conclusion The expression of cancer stem cell marker CD133 is related to tumorigenesis of HCC and the expression of AFP. CD133 may be a valuable marker for diagnosing and predicting the prognosis of HCC.
