雌激素受体基因多态性与子宫内膜异位症

摘要 子宫内膜异位症的发病机制至今不明。目前认为是一种多因素、多基因疾病,是由多个基因位点与环境因素相互作用引起的遗传疾病。随着分子生物学和基因组学的发展,寻找相关基因是目前的研究热点。许多相关基因已被发现,其中就包括雌激素受体基因,其多态性与子宫内膜异位症有关。
