摘要胃肝样腺癌(hepatoid adenocarcinoma of the stomach.HAS)是具有腺癌和肝细胞癌样分化特征的原发性胃癌.在肿瘤组织中可检测出甲胎蛋白(AFP)增高,仅1抗胰蛋白酶(α1-AAT)和011抗糜蛋白酶(α1-ACT)阳性。临床以老年男性病人多见,血清AFP可不同程度升高,肝和淋巴结转移率高,预后较普通胃癌差。
