摘要胃肝样腺癌（hepatoid adenocarcinoma of the stomach．HAS）是具有腺癌和肝细胞癌样分化特征的原发性胃癌．在肿瘤组织中可检测出甲胎蛋白（AFP）增高，仅1抗胰蛋白酶（α1-AAT）和011抗糜蛋白酶（α1-ACT）阳性。临床以老年男性病人多见，血清AFP可不同程度升高，肝和淋巴结转移率高，预后较普通胃癌差。
