Research progression on biomechanics of percutaneous vertebroplasty
摘要
经皮椎体成形术作为一种安全有效的微创手术,已被广泛应用于椎体肿瘤和椎体压缩性骨折的治疗。椎体成形术能够迅速缓解病椎引发的疼痛,显示了良好的止痛效果。但其止痛的机制目前尚不明了,骨水泥对病变椎体的机械稳定作用可能是个重要原因。
