大肠癌合并低位肠梗阻的Ⅰ期手术治疗

Primary anastomosis for colorectal carcinoma complicated with distal intestinal obstruction

报道１９８９年～１９９５年采用Ⅰ期手术切除吻合术治疗５０例大肠癌所致的急性低位肠梗阻，其中５例合并肠穿孔，均获痊愈。仅２例切口感染，无吻合口瘘及其他并发症。作者认为只要无休克及肠坏死，术前、术中做好相应的处理。

50 cases of acute distal intestinal obstruction due to colorectal carcinoma were operated by primary resection and anastomosis from 1989 to 1995Among them, 5 cases complicated with perforation and were all cured.No anastomosis fistula or other complications occurred except 2 cases complicated with wound infections.It suggested that primary resection and anastomosis were safe operations for the patients of colon carcinoma complicated with acute distal intestinal obstructions under the conditionon that the patients had no shock and intestinal necrosis,and were managed properly before and during operations.
