摘要
利用介质辅助微波消解仪对样品进行前处理,原子荧光准确测定蔬菜中汞的含量,加标回收率在90%~101%之间,RSD在0.6%~2.6%。介质辅助微波消解可使消解、赶酸、定容一次完成。具有快速高效、安全方便等优点。
A method for determination of Na in zeolite by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) after dielectric assisted microwave digestion for sample oreparation was developed, with the recovery between 90% - 101%. Assisted by dielectric, digestion, evaporation and cooling could be done in a single vessel by one step, so it was fast, clean and safe.
