摘要 IL-21主要由活化的CD4+T细胞、NKT细胞和Th17细胞产生,其受体属I型细胞因子受体家族成员之一,具有共同的γ链受体,即γc。IL-21对机体的细胞免疫和体液免疫均具有广泛的调节作用,主要表现为促进B细胞向浆细胞分化,调节免疫球蛋白的产生;增强CTL的细胞毒活性;促进初始CD4+T细胞向Th17细胞分化;抑制树突状细胞(DC)的抗原提呈作用。此外,IL-21具有潜在的抗肿瘤效应,在自身免疫性疾病中也起到了一定的作用。因此,进一步了解IL-21的特性和功能对深入研究临床疾病的发生发展具有重要的意义。
