新鲜羊膜移植术治疗儿童早期严重眼化学伤的疗效观察

目的观察新鲜羊膜移植术治疗儿童早期严重眼化学伤的疗效。方法对在本院住院严重早期眼化学伤的15例(24眼)患儿进行新鲜羊膜移植术治疗,观察羊膜植片情况和患儿手术前后视力情况。结果15例(24眼)患儿术后新鲜羊膜植片未发生急性排斥反应和发生感染。患儿手术前后最佳矫正视力情况比较,经统计学分析,χ2=4.18,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论新鲜羊膜移植术可有效重建患儿早期严重化学伤后眼表微环境,减轻眼表炎性反应,减少眼化学伤后的严重并发症,为患儿进一步治疗争取宝贵的时间。

Objective To investigate the clinic results on fresh amniotic membrane transplantation （AMT） for treating the children＇s severe ocular bums at the early stage. Method Fresh AMT was performed on the children＇s severe ocular bums （15 cases, 24 eyes）, and the amniotic membrane and the children＇s visions before and after surgery were observed. Result The acute rejection reaction and infections didn＇t happen on the amniotic membrane, and the children＇s visions were gradually improved after the fresh AMT. Conclusion Fresh AMT can be effectively used to reconstruct the ocular surface of the children＇s severe ocular bums, reduce the inflammatory response and decrease the severe complications after ocular bums.
