摘要
用反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)测定了复方感冒灵片中的三种合成药扑热息痛、咖啡因和扑尔敏,同时定量测定了该片剂中药成分金银花中的绿原酸。用YWGC18柱(4.6mm×250mm,10μm),甲醇-水-冰醋酸(16∶83∶1)为流动相,水杨酸胺为内标,用紫外检测器。对提取方法、干扰因素进行了考察。测定了三个批号的复方感冒灵片样品,测定结果显示,其中中药金银花中有效成分绿原酸含量明显偏低。
A RPHPLC method was developed to separate and determine chlorogenic acid, paracetamol, puermin, caffeine in Fu Fang Gan Mao Ling Tablets. Four components were separated and determined on YWG C 18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm, 10 μm), or lichrosorb RP 18 column(4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm), using MeOHH 2OHAc(16∶83∶1) as mobile phase and salicylamide as internal standard, UV detector, and flow rate 1 ml/min. Selection of stracting solvent, mobile phase optimization, determination of linearity range, and check of intervenient factor have been made. The accuracy of the method was checked by recoveries.
