长江下游两航两港船舶调度信息管理系统建设中的若干标准与约定

Several Standards and Conventions in Building of Ship Dispatcher Information Management System for Two-navigations and Two-ports of Changjiang Lower Reaches

本文简要介绍为开发“两航两港船舶调度信息系统”急需的标准与约定所取得阶段性成果,研究的向题集中在编码、数据定义和通信文件格式方面。文中所述各类标准与约定都只具有相对意义,须经进一步变更、修订、完善,最后由专门机构审查批准予以发行公市以形成标准。

This paper briefly introduces the staged results of much-needed standards and conventions for developing“Ship dispatcher information system of Two-Navigations and Two-Ports”,the problems considered are concentrated on;code、data definition and communication file format.All standards and conventions described in this paper have relative significance only,in order to form the official standards,they mast pass through further changing、revising and completing,finally,they are examined and approved by special agency to publish.
