温热药造小鼠阴虚模型的建立及其对小鼠免疫方面的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的通过检测小鼠体重增长率、脏器指数及血清中白细胞介素-2(IL-2)含量,探讨阴虚与免疫之间的关系,进一步阐释阴虚与衰老之间的相关性。方法将30只小鼠随机分为空白组、温热药高剂量组(简称高剂量组)、温热药低剂量组(简称低剂量组),每组各10只。空白组小鼠每天灌胃给予等体积生理盐水,高、低剂量组分别给予100%与50%的温热药水煎液灌胃。结果与空白组相比,温热药高、低剂量组小鼠体重增长率、胸腺指数明显降低(P<0.05);温热药高剂量组小鼠痛阈明显降低(P<0.05);温热药高剂量组小鼠脾脏指数、血清中IL-2含量显著降低(P<0.01)。结论给药组小鼠免疫功能下降,说明温热药造阴虚模型可行,阴虚与衰老之间存在一定的关系。 Objective To discuss the relationship between yin deficiency and immunity through detecting weight growth rate, visceral index and the content of IL - 2 in serum so as to further explain the correlation between yin deficiency and aging. Methods 30 mice were randomized into blank group,high and low dose groups of drugs with warm and heat nature( high dose group and low dose group), 10 mice in each one. In blank group, physiological saline of equal volume was applied for gastric infusion every day. In high and low dose groups, 100% and 50% decoctions of drugs with warm and heat nature were used respectively in gastric infusion. Results Compared with blank group, weight growth rate and thymus index were reduced apparently in high and low dose groups( P 〈 0.05 ). Pain threshold of high dose group was reduced obviously in high dose group( P 〈0.05 )and spleen index and content of IL- 2 in serum were decreased significantly in high dose group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The immune function is decreased in medication group, explaining that the modeling of yin deficiency by drugs with warm and heat nature is feasible and a certain correlation is existed between yin deficiency and aging.
