摘要
研究了电结晶银和掺锌电结晶银催化剂在1,2-丙二醇空气氧化制丙酮醛反应中的催化作用。采用10%掺锌电结晶银作催化剂,于500℃反应,丙酮醛产率为64.4%,达到了专利文献报导的催化剂最佳水平。本文还就掺锌有利于提高催化剂活性给出了解释。
The catalytic oxidation dehydrogenation of propylene glycol to pyruvicaldehyde by electrolytic crystalline silver and a series of electrolytic crystallinesilver mixed with ZnO catalysts were investigated. In the reaction of glycol toaldehyde at 550℃, it was found that No. 3 ZnO/Ag had the best activity with ayield of 64.6%, which reached the maximan reported in patent. The catalyticactivity increased by ZnO has been explained.
