摘要
通过制造资源的组织,实现对于生产任务的快速响应和制造资源的共享,是目前生产系统研究的主要课题,尤其是在敏捷制造环境下。把制造资源的能力分为工艺能力和生产能力,并引入多阶段制造资源组织方法:首先采用线性规划得到适当的制造资源;然后引入元资源的概念,生产系统按能力划分成元资源的组合,每个元件包括相互独立功能,建立了基于元资源的制造资源组织模型,得到了候选虚拟制造单元的集合;最后根据集合理论,采用启发式规则对候选制造单元进行优化,得到最终的制造单元。
Under the agile manufacturing environment, the study of manufacturing resource organization aims at achieving flexibility and responsiveness to the changing market needs, which is generally tackled from the angles of two sub-problems: resource selection problem and virtual cell formation problem. In this paper, a multi-stage cell formation methodology is presented, which can help select appropriate resources and form the virtual production system. First, appropriate resources for completing production tasks are selected by a linear programming (LP) model considering the available capacity and the costs. In order to form virtual cell in a logical mode, parts with alternative product process routings as multi-functional machines are analyzed by a meta resource approach. Furthermore, some routing-based heuristic rules are introduced to optimize the candidate virtual cells in the form of meta resources. Finally a case study is used to illustrate the detailed formation methodology.
