摘要
在催化剂存在下，采用双醇交换法合成了新型淀粉基表面活性剂十二烷基葡糖苷，确定了合成反应条件，产物收率≥９３％。性能测试结果表明，十二烷基葡糖苷具有表面张力低、性能温和、起泡和润湿性优良等特点，是一种新型的非离子表面活性剂。
A new type of starch surfactant-dodecyl polyglucosides was synthesized by the method of dual alcohol exchange in the presence of mixed catalyst.The paper establishes the technological conditions of dodecyl polyglucosides and the yield is over or equal to 93%.The results of property test show that the dodecyl polyglucosides behaves the properties of lower surface tension,mildness,higher foaming and wetting capability.The product is a new type of nonionic surfactant.
