摘要
介绍了国内外羧甲基淀粉生产技术和应用的现状,分析了存在的问题,对改进方法以及CMS今后的发展提出了看法。文中指出,水媒法由于能耗较大,不易操作,产品质量差,将逐步被干法工艺淘汰;干法CMS生产工艺和设备简单,操作方便,产品质量较好,应用范围宽,有一定的发展前景,生产设备尚待改进和完善;溶媒法产品质量好,但生产工艺和设备较复杂,成本高,应用方面受到一定限制。目前国内应用CMS的主要行业有:合成洗涤剂、油田钻井、制药、印染、纺织、涂料等,在国外还出现了许多特殊的应用领域。今后CMS的开发应向高粘度、高取代度产品的方向发展,同时,利用醚化与酸解、辐射降解、接枝、交联等改性方法相结合,即所谓的复合改性,将是开发羧甲基淀粉的新途径。
The author introduces the production and the application of carboxymethyl starch(CMS),analysis the present questions of its and offers a point of view about the development direction of CMS production. Among the three methods of producing CMS, the energy consumption of water medium method is more, operation is more difficult and quality of the product is lower than other two methods. The technology and the equipment of dry method are simple, moreover quality of its product is better than water medium method, Quality of the product of solvent method is better than other two methods. but its production cost is higher and its technology and equipment are more complicated than other two methods too. At the present time, CMS product is applicated to synthetic detergent and drug production, well drilling, dyeing, the textile industry and paint etc. Afterwads, CMS production will develop in the direction of high viscosity and high substitution product.
